I tried to install Virtual Box from the rpm package but it did not work, because of a kernel module build. Here is an instruction from a

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/rpm/rhel/virtualbox.repo
dnf install https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-8.noarch.rpm
dnf install binutils gcc make patch libgomp glibc-headers glibc-devel kernel-headers kernel-devel dkms
dnf install VirtualBox-6.0
/usr/lib/virtualbox/vboxdrv.sh setup
usermod -a -G vboxusers user_name
